Refund policy
1) Return Window
You can check the order before paying,if you don't want to receive feel free to pay shipping fees and return it back with the delivery agent.
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
2) Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

3) How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address, label, and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4) Damages & Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
5) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Worn or washed clothing

Items without original tags or packaging

Customized or altered pieces (e.g., printed or size-adjusted items)

Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our support team before sending it back.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6) Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
7) Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the process.
