Shipping policy
1. Shipping Options and Rates
Standard domestic shipping is available nationwide and usually takes up to 5 business days.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
2. Shipping Limitations
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted areas.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, they are automatically processed and shipped and we will ask you kindly to pay shipping amount in case you will refund the order.
6. Returns & Refunds
Damaged or defective items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging(no refunds for shipping fare)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected
